Interactive system
Revolutionary sleeping system for adjustable and non-adjustable slatted frames. The forces affecting the spring elements are not simply absorbed vertically by the spring element, but also transferred horizontally to adjacent spring elements. This allows the system to adapt perfectly to any body or sleeper type.
Plastic bed slats
Plastic bed slats available in different lengths and designs, which do not tend to form hollows, but instead transmit any forces acting on them to the spring support of the end bearings.
Plug connection systems

Synthetic mattress springs
Synthetic pocket spring core KT 1
The core consists of several hundred patented MATF-F7 synthetic springs pre-tensioned and sealed in fleece pockets. The special spring design ensures that the spring movement is gentle to the material and harmonic. Combined with the high-quality plastic in use, this guarantees a long life and an ideal spring return mechanism. Different levels of spring hardness can be used to design one synthetic spring core with several comfort zones.
Mattress spring MAT-F1
The mattress spring MAT-F1 is made of high-performance plastic and provides spring deflection of 40 mm with a spring height of 70 mm. With a diameter of 95 mm it provides both a large support area and thorough ventilation. To create firmness zones, the mattress spring is available in different firmness levels.
MATF-F1
The single-piece mattress spring MAT-F1 provides spring deflection of 40 mm at a height of 70 mm and a diameter of 60 mm. These springs make working with the foam incredibly simple. The mattress springs can simply be inserted in pre-drilled holes. Different spring firmness levels are also available.
MATF-F3
The sophisticated spring design of the mattress spring MATF-F3 provides a highly harmonious spring deflection of 40 mm at a height of 70 mm. It is 125 mm wide and 115 mm long. However, the truly special feature of this spring is how it connects. Special connection elements can turn these springs either into a strand or a carpet of springs.
MATF-F4
The slightly flatter version of our mattress spring MATF-F3. Despite otherwise identical dimensions and options, this spring is only 40 mm high, but still provides spring deflection of 25 mm. Its low height makes this spring an interesting option for chairs, seat upholstery, etc.
MATF-F5
With its two-piece design and crossed installation, this spring provides a very harmonious spring suspension through 4 specially designed spring arms. It has a spring deflection of 40 mm at a height of 70 mm. The diameter is 110 mm.
MATF-F7
This mattress spring provides spring deflection of 80 mm at a height of 120 mm and a diameter of 60 mm. The special spring design ensures that the spring movement is gentle to the material and harmonic. Combined with the high-quality plastic in use, this guarantees a long life and an ideal spring return mechanism. The mattress spring can be delivered both individually and as a complete synthetic pocket spring core KT 1.
MATF-F6
With a low height of only 50 mm and a diameter of 45 mm, this mattress spring is particularly suitable for toppers, seat upholstery or as an additional comfort layer in a mattress. Despite its low height, this spring still provides a spring deflection of 30 mm.
